The Kids’ Bike Sizing Chart From PRO TIPS
Getting your little one ready for the road? Use this simple kids' bike sizing chart to find the right gear for them.
Children’s bike sizes are determined by wheel size–not diameter. And it’s important to find a bike that’s right for their size. Bikes that are too large or small for their size are difficult to control and maneuver.
Keep in mind, your child should be able to comfortably sit on the bike with their toes or feet touching the ground. Their knees should never touch the handlebars. You can use your child’s height and age as a general guideline for finding the best bike.
