Whether they are battling in the post or draining a shot from downtown, basketball players are always looking for the gear to help set them apart on the court.
Be your baller’s MVP this holiday season by giving them a stocking filled with basketball gifts.
Score an assist by including some gameday gear. A new pair of goggles can keep their eyes protected and goals in sight, while a new mouthguard can offer the protection they need. Resistance bands can help players get warmed up before the game. Throw in a new water bottle and sports drink mix packets to keep them fueled on the hardwood.
You can also help your athlete improve their skills with gifts in their stocking. A resistor training aid is designed to help improve a player’s first step and lateral movement, while a shooting target can help players hear “swish” when they put up a shot. Basketball drill cards can also challenge them throughout a workout. Plus, a speed rope can help raise their quickness and endurance.
Basketball is a sport with plenty of apparel options that can make for slam-dunk stocking stuffers. For example, keep you player feeling dry on the court with headbands and wristbands. Arm sleeves, leg sleeves, calf sleeves and compression pants give your player the look and feel they desire. Don’t forget some new socks and shorts — you can never have enough for practices throughout the season.
Remember that stocking stuffers can also be practical. A ball pump will help keep them dribbling, a replacement net will make sure the hoop is always in ready shape, and extra shoe laces and shoe deodorizer can keep their favorite sneakers looking good without a funky smell.
You want your basketball player to show off their hardwood heroics in every game. Help them achieve greatness by boosting their game with some new gear in their stocking this year.
