Being quick and agile on the field is key. Seattle Seahawks WR/KR and Pro Bowler, Tyler Lockett, shows how the cone ladder drill can help athletes improve quick footwork and precision.

To start, stack cones wide, then high, in succession. Make sure to plant both feet — first your right foot then the left — in each section of the cones.

The cone lateral drill helps build lateral explosiveness and is classic for agility training.
