Game Day Spirit: Easy Softball Face Painting Ideas 

Whether you’re on the bleachers or in the dugout, show your softball spirit with a face paint design that’s sure to be a home run.

Face paint lets you put your team pride on full display. Put your best face forward with these fun face paint designs for you next softball game.

SOFTBALL DESIGNS

First, paint your foundation. Using a medium, flat brush, paint and fill in either a green, yellow or white circle on the cheek.

Then, paint the stitching. With a small, round brush, add two red lines that bend in toward the center, but don’t touch. To make the stitches, draw red V’s along the two red lines.

Next, add flares. Use a small, flat brush to paint strokes of your team’s colors around the ball.

Finally, add details and color. Paint a few thin, white movement lines onto the ball using a small, round brush and outline your softball with a thin, black line.

An optional step is to top it off with a little glitter using a poofer bottle. Just make sure your model’s eyes are closed while you add some sparkle. When you’re done, you’ve got one extra-spirited softball.

To start, create lines using your team’s colors with a medium, round brush. Begin near the eye and paint down the cheek. Keep your brush clean in between colors.

Next, add some details. Using the same round brush, pepper in some dots to spice up the design.

Finish it off with a little bit of sparkle using a glitter poofer bottle. Make sure your canvas keeps their eyes closed.

For a different design, create a brush stroke under the eye using a medium or large filbert or flat brush that looks like eye black. You can do this in your team’s primary color.

Add a second line of eye black in your team’s secondary color to finish off the look.
